University of Applied Sciences Wismar
The Wismar University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1908 by the architect Robert Schmidt, making it the oldest engineering training centre in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. Today's fields of expertise include technology, business and design. Some departments have branch offices on the island of Poel and in Warnemünde.
